100 ml de água fervente<br />
1 colher de sopa de azeite virgem<br />
2 colheres de sopa de salsinha picada<br />
2 colheres de chá de manteiga<br />
3 colheres de sopa de cebola roxa<br />
2 colheres de sopa de uvas-passas<br />
1 dentes de alho laminado<br />
Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto</p>
<p><em>Modo de Preparo</em></p>
<p> Coloque o cuscuz marroquino em uma tigela refratária e adicione água fervente. Tampe com um prato e deixe hidratar por 5 minutos. Acrescente a manteiga e 1 pitada de sal. Misture bem e reserve. Em uma frigideira, coloque o azeite e leve ao fogo médio para aquecer. Em seguida, junte a cebola e o alho e deixe dourar. Junte as uvas-passas e em seguida o cuscuz hidratado e escorrido. Mexa bem. Tempere com sal e pimenta-do-reino. Polvilhe com a salsinha picada. Sirva a seguir.</p>

<p>1 bife de peito de frango rapidamente grelhado, sem finalizar (120 g)<br />
2 colheres de sopa de suco de limão siciliano<br />
3 colheres de sopa de água<br />
2 colheres de chá de azeite<br />
1 colher de chá de alho espremido<br />
1 colher de chá de orégano<br />
1 colher de chá de alecrim<br />
½ colher de chá de raspas de casca de limão<br />
Sal e pimenta branca moída a gosto</p>
<p><em>Modo de Preparo</em></p>
<p>Pré-aqueça o forno por 10 minutos a 200°C. Misture o azeite, o suco de limão, orégano e alecrim, acrescente o alho e tempere com sal e pimenta branca. Coloque o bife de frango em um refratário com a marinada, cubra com papel manteiga e leve ao forno por 10 minutos, regando regularmente com a marinada. Remova o papel manteiga e deixe dourar um pouquinho. Retire do forno e salpique com as raspas de limão.</p>

1 colher de sobremesa rasa de requeijão cremoso light<br />
2 colheres de chá de cebola ralada<br />
2 colheres de chá de óleo de canola<br />
Sal a gosto</p>
<p><em>Modo de Preparo</em></p>
<p>Refogue a cebola no óleo de canola e acrescente o bife de frango cortado em tiras. Adicione o curry e o açafrão e refogue mais um pouco até dourar. Em seguida coloque o molho de tomate, acerte o sal e cozinhe mais um pouco. Finalize com o requeijão e a salsinha e misture até que o molho esteja cremoso. Sirva em seguida.</p>

<p><em>Modo de Preparo</em></p>
<p>Lave o filé de badejo e seque-os com papel toalha. Reserve. Corte 1 quadrado de papel-manteiga (de cerca de 30 cm) e pincele a parte central com 1 colher de chá de azeite. Distribua as ervas frescas e coloque o filé de badejo. Misture o sal e o vinho branco com o azeite restante e regue o peixe. Feche o papel, formando um pacote, e faça um picote no meio da parte superior do pacote para a saída de ar. Coloque-o em uma assadeira e leve para assar em forno médio, pré-aquecido, por 15 minutos ou até que o peixe esteja macio.</p>

<p>Lave os cogumelos e separe os raminhos a mão. Derreta a manteiga e o azeite em uma panela. Junte os cogumelos e refogue em fogo médio-baixo. Os cogumelos irão cozinhar e soltar um pouco de água, isso faz com que diminuam muito de volume. Espere a água secar e quando voltar a fritar junte o shoyu. Adicione a cebolinha e sirva por cima da truta grelhada.</p>

<p>1 unidade de abobrinha<br />
¾ xícara de carne moída<br />
Polpa de tomate<br />
1 dente de alho amassado<br />
2 colheres de chá de óleo de canola<br />
Azeite extravirgem para regar</p>
<p><em>Modo de Preparo</em></p>
<p>Lave bem a abobrinha e retire as pontas. Corte-as ao meio, no sentido longitudinal, e escave a polpa de cada uma. Refogue o alho no óleo de canola e acrescente a polpa da abobrinha e a carne moída, mexendo sempre. Adicione a polpa de tomate e refogue mais um pouco. Recheie cada metade da abobrinha com a mistura. Coloque-a em uma fôrma refratária e leve ao forno para assar. Sirva em seguida e regue com um fio de azeite.</p>
